1. General psycho-physical training of an actor and a person - the awakening and activation of intellectual, emotional and physical abilities of a body.
All the exercises in this complex are selected in the way to provoke human body to awaken the untrained systems, which are vital for creativity, and to raise the level of personal creative potency.

2. Working with the text for the play - based on the method by Anatoly Vasilyev
The approach to working with the text by Vasilyev is based on ideas of Platonic philosophy, as applied to a game theater. The idea has a certain structure and a substance, which are hidden in words. To unveil the idea of a text is to disassemble it and to get the message of the text, rather than personal perception. It means to refuse from inventing and guessing the play. The artist’s goal is to discover the idea (it is similar to solving the equation), and then to find an image for it, equal to its strength.

3. Improvisational structures in the game theater
Improvisation means the inner freedom of an actor presence in the body of any play. Improvisational structures have a strict semantic core. It is what is invariable for any relation development between characters.

4. I am the voice
This is an analytical journey through a person’s voice instrument. It is the discovery of new voice characteristics, which are peculiar to a personal nature only. It’s the development of voice charisma and voice amplitude, as well.

5. I am the body
It is the same as with the voice, but with the only difference that our body is our carrier, and its main Freedom is in the ability to take various forms without losing its self-stability.

6. Harmony of collector work
Through special exercises, some postulates of our consciousness are reinterpreted here, which restrain a person’s natural aspirations to unite and to positive perception of a collective form of existence of living organisms; to perception of their role as part of a whole. Reconsciousness leads to effective results during team training.

7. Enriching of the school of psychological theater with metaphysical techniques
There are “bridges” and “parallels” conducted between the schools of Russian psychological theater and the gaming or metaphysical theater. The goal is to enrich Russian school with new techniques and views on dramatic art and the role of an actor. Another aim is to find a reflection of the Stanislavsky system in a new theater school, determining the laws of the system in new conditions.

A master class on the chosen topic can last from 3 hours to 50 hours, depending on the problems of a particular creative group. After the training, some negotiations about the play are possible.
